FIDES Holdings, established in 2010, is the holding company through which VIS Capital, a single-family office rooted in a family lineage dating back to 1715, invests and advises across a range of strategies. It does so through three levels: FH Advisory, its capital markets and corporate finance advisory arm; its investment vehicles; and its operating companies.
